DISCLOSURES

Disclosure Policy for www.homeschoolandhumor.com:

This blog is a personal blog written only by me. Although guest posts may show up on the blog from time to time, please note that the owner and creator of Homeschool and Humor is me – and only me!  I share what I find because I truly love to help others get the most of this homeschool lifestyle and I want to do my part in providing all the tips and resources possible, from one mom to another.

However, at the same time, I do believe it is OK that I am compensated by advertisers for the time and effort I put forth in sharing this information with you.  I may be earning money from the curriculum you buy or the course you sign up for.  You may also see ads in my sidebars and footers or within my blog posts – and I receive compensation for these as well.  (And I thank you for supporting me in this way!)

One thing that is important to note is that the money I am paid will never influence the content, topics or posts I make.   I do not allow guest posts where the party has paid me to share content.  I don’t believe in those types of posts, so you will never find them here.

I am not compensated in any way to provide my opinions on products, services, websites or any other topic unless otherwise noted. Some companies may compensate me to review their products either monetarily or with their physical products, but all the review and the opinions of those products are all my own.  All opinions are 100% my own everywhere — and trust me – I’ve definitely got an opinion! If you do not see a notation on such compensation then consider it me giving my raw thoughts and frank opinions as a service to my fellow homeschool moms. Always keep in mind that I do republish content, as may be provided by a manufacturer/retailer directly or from their site and any questions about such content, should be verified with them.

If there is a giveaway on my site, the review is my own and is never influenced in any way by anything I may have received.  Often times, I am provided with a product for review and for my time and sharing my opinions, I am allowed to keep the product for my personal use.   This will be properly disclosed on the giveaway itself as I have nothing to hide.

Amazon Affiliate Disclosure Notice:  It is important to also note that HomeschoolAndHumor.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. It is also important to remember that prices change quickly on Amazon so you will need to confirm the price I share in the post is the price you pay prior to finalizing your purchase.

I take great pride in ensuring that the content on this site is from a company I would recommend.  If I don’t believe in the company or what it has to offer, I won’t share it.  My readers are more important than compensation.  I would never share a deal just to make a buck. Now, I might share a buck just to make a deal! 😉
